Add deliveries from a till ticket, a CSV file or by hand. Routed plans the tour, texts your customers and guides your driver, without connecting to your till.
Every shop works differently. Add deliveries however suits you, mix the three ways freely, and they all land in the same planning.
A photo, a scan, a PDF or a screenshot of the till ticket. Customer, address, phone and items are read for you; anything unclear is shown to you first.
Best for walk-in salesA CSV file exported from your till, your webshop or a spreadsheet. Columns are recognised in French, Dutch or English, and you see a preview before anything is added.
Best for many orders at onceType a customer or a company name: the address is suggested and checked as you type. Ideal for phone orders.
Best for phone ordersEach delivery lands on its day. Routed puts the stops in the shortest order from your shop; drag to change it whenever you like.
Customers get a text the day before and 30 minutes before arrival. Your driver follows the route on their phone and confirms each stop.
Photos, scans and PDFs are read on our server, in French and Dutch. Anything unclear is shown to you before it is added.
The shortest round trip from your shop, recalculated as tickets come in, with an estimated arrival time for every stop.
Plan seven days ahead, keep an inbox for deliveries without a date, and move late ones to today in one click.
Automatic texts the day before and half an hour before arrival, in your shop's language. Fewer missed deliveries, fewer calls.
Addresses are checked as you type and must include a house number, so your driver never stops at the wrong door.
Owner, cashiers and drivers each get the screen they need. Add a driver in seconds; they only ever see their own tour.
No app store, no training. Drivers open Routed in their phone's browser and add it to their home screen.
Routed is in private beta. Shops that join now use it free and help shape it.
Simple pricing based on the number of deliveries you plan. Beta shops are told the price well in advance and are never charged without agreeing first.
Three ways, which you can mix: drop a photo or PDF of the till ticket, import a CSV list, or type the delivery in with address suggestions. They all end up in the same planning.
No. Routed works from the ticket your till already prints: a photo, a scan, a PDF or a CSV export is enough.
Nothing is added on a guess. When a photo is blurry or the address cannot be found, Routed shows you what it read so you can check it and add it yourself.
No. They open Routed in their phone's browser, sign in, and can add it to their home screen like an app.
By default, no: tickets are read on our own server. An AI fallback for difficult tickets can be switched on, but only if you want it.
French, Dutch and English, for your team and for the texts your customers receive.
